In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires. References to "ju999", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the platform operator. References to "you", "your", or "the player" refer to the registered account holder using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language text shall prevail. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Minimum Age: Access to and use of the ju999 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. Players aged under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or collect winnings on the platform under any circumstances.

Age Verification: ju999 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, the account will be suspended pending the submission of acceptable documentation. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, and all associated balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering under a different name or identity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Underage access: Registering or using the platform while under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in doing so;

ju999 reserves the right to suspend any account under investigation for prohibited conduct pending the outcome of an internal review. During a suspension, the player may not place bets, access games, make deposits, or request withdrawals. ju999 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player via their registered email address.

Player-Initiated Closure: Any registered player may request the closure of their ju999 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their access to the platform for responsible gambling reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Balance on Closure: Where an account is closed by ju999 as a result of a proven Terms breach, any balance held in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full at ju999's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, a business decision to cease operating in a given market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.

Amendments to These Terms: ju999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ju999 operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair play certification. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their country or jurisdiction of residence.
